Order Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order total and delivery address.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please get in touch with us within 48 hours. We will review the situation and provide a solution as soon as possible.
