RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. This period includes weekends and public holidays.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized 3D printed items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return: Contact us at happy3dworld@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item if it is damaged.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
